A Faith-Based Blog because "Faith Comes by Hearing"

Romans 10:17 (NIV) "Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ." If you are wondering why we have a faith based blog, then look no farther than that passage of scripture. That isn't the only reason, however, because we know God can use anything for the good of those who love Him. That means that the words people read may lead them to a place of finding true rest, or encouragement. It means that even the lost can be found if someone is willing to carry the good news.

That is what we are here to do, just as we were commissioned to do, just like we give our faith based blog to God to do with whatever He chooses. So if He uses these blogs to help someone in finding that true rest, to give them that encouragement, or even to save them, then we pray that His will be done, "on earth as in heaven." Amen. We don't know how many people God will touch through our blog, and we don't know how He will use our blog, we just know that we have been called to spread the good news of Christ.

We hope that through our blog, you draw a little closer to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and most of all we hope you find Him. May the Lord keep you and bless you, may He cause the valleys to rise and the mountains to crumble, and make the ground level beneath your feet.
