June 22, 2020: Eternal Eyes...Looking Through The Eyes of Jesus

As we walk this life as a new creation, a born-again Christian, let us not forget our focus is not on this world but on our future home...our Eternal Home, with our Lord Jesus.

It is so easy to focus on the things and worries of this world we live in. That's why we must always be fully surrendered to our Lord, allowing our focus to be fully on Him.

I have made it a practice over the last seven years of my surrendered life with Jesus to be in His word daily so that I do not lose my focus on Him The world we live in can become so overwhelming that not starting our day with God's word can be like going without eating all day...We can become so weak that we are unable to perform our daily tasks.

"Our Daily Bread" has become my daily meal every morning so that I can face the world with God taking the lead in all I do...all I try to is to rest in Him...I remain the "branch" and He the "Vine.
